We are looking for an ACE to join the team of Tech - Digital & Omni!

Digital & OMNI Tech:

• We drive the technological acceleration of adidas’ eCommerce platform in close collaboration with adidas global technology and market business teams.
• We translate market business needs into technical requirements and workflows, supporting requirement definition and feasibility assessments. We collaborate with central adidas teams to align on detailed specifications and user journeys, and contribute to project planning. During execution, we monitor progress and support issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.
• By developing a deep understanding of business users, end consumers, and technology, we identify opportunities and strategically manage the demand portfolio, enabling real-world operational excellence and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Conduct structured research and analysis of AI technologies to assess feasibility, scalability, and practical value. Going beyond basic analysis to develop a strong understanding of technology principles and deliver actionable insights on how solutions can be applied in real-world scenarios, supporting the identification of reliable solutions.
• Framework design: Support the establishment of effective foundational and operational frameworks to continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI technologies and solutions. Assist in defining and standardizing management processes while identifying areas for customization.
• Use case development: Develop a strong understanding of business processes and connected systems. Proactively identify and execute innovative use cases where AI can be applied to enhance the adidas digital ecosystem in alignment with business and technical needs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Architecture, Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and HR) across local and global stakeholders, working effectively with diverse teams and backgrounds.

Who we are Looking For:

Basic

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and their practical use cases in commerce.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to real-world problems.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Preferred

• Prior hands-on project or internship experience in AI-focused topics.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in a relevant field
