Business Unit, Specialist Sports & US Sports ?

• We focus on driving brand credibility in Sports such as Tennis, Swim, and Baseball through strong merchandising, local market insights, and strategic product assortments.

• This role contributes directly to strengthening adidas’ presence in US Sports (Mainly Baseball) supporting range planning, local sourcing projects, and market analysis.

• The trainee will have opportunities to work closely with cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience in merchandising and business operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support merchandising and range planning for the US Sports category (Mainly Baseball).
• Assist in local sourcing development and management for Doosan Bears uniforms and culturewear projects.
• Conduct sales trend analysis and support regular business reporting for Football & Specialist Sports categories.
• Perform market visits and competitor benchmarking to identify consumer and marketplace trends.
• Support product-related operational tasks and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Learning & Development Opportunities:

• Build practical knowledge and experience in merchandising and BU operations.
• Gain exposure to local sourcing development and product creation processes.
• Develop analytical skills through sales analysis, business reporting, and market trend research.
• Learn how to translate consumer and market insights into business opportunities and category strategies.
