We are looking for an ACE to join the team of Retail Buying & Trading(6 months rotation)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Retail Trading Rotation (6 Months)

In-season Merchandising & Trading

• Support product allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimization across Factory Outlet stores.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and sell-through performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis from both product and store perspectives.
• Support trading initiatives through allocation, replenishment, and liquidation activities.
• Assist in identifying business opportunities through sales trends, stock position, and consumer demand analysis.
• Support markdown planning and inventory productivity improvement actions.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Sales, Retail Excellence, SCM, and Retail Buying teams.

Retail Buying Rotation (6 Months)

Pre-Season Merchandise Planning

• Support category buying within the given Open-To-Buy according to buying strategy, financial target, and historical analysis
• Support historical analysis and prepare pre-season buying guideline
• Build assortment plans by store format and clusters based on market RA, local needs & calendar
• Combines/validates category assortment plans from BUs, and finalizes into a holistic, full store format assortment plan (width)
• Output all assortment plans for all store formats factoring regionalization needs.
• Integrate VM, OCM upfront into assortment building process and support VM plan 
• Follow GTM process and support quarterly trade meeting for entire DTC channels
• Gather sales trends, market insight or requirements to share with supervisors
• Size analysis
