We are looking for an ACE to join the team of eCommerce!
(This position is a 6 to 6 months rotational position)
Digital Ecosystem & Membership? (1st Rotation)
- Lead and execute platform strategies to accelerate full-price growth by managing franchise assortments and enhancing digital content across flagship stores.
- Monitor and optimize adidas’ presence across multiple online marketplaces, improving digital visibility and ensuring consistent brand execution.
- Support integration of new platforms and pilot innovative initiatives such as various membership consolidation and digital platform collaborations.
- Conduct regular data analysis, performance reporting, and platform optimization to ensure digital targets are met through effective content, campaign, and product planning.
Buying & Trading? (2nd Rotation)
- Manage the end-to-end trading process by reacting to daily/weekly bestsellers and improving stock movement through consistent analysis of slow movers.
- Collaborate with sports categories to plan and execute product buys using marketing calendars, historical sales data, and platform-specific insights across various digital platforms.
- Monitor sell-through rates, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights that support both buying and trading strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to improve product forecasting and inventory flow, ensuring the right product is available at the right time for digital consumers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing platform performance and implementing enhancements to improve user experience, navigation, and sales conversion.
- Coordinate product information, promotions, and brand messaging across e-commerce platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor traffic, sales, and user behavior metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing and product, to align on content strategies and execute activation plans.
Learning & Development Opportunities:
- Gain in-depth exposure to the e-commerce landscape, learning how to manage and enhance digital platforms to drive sales and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, product, and customer service to understand the full scope of online retail operations.
