Human Resouce - Talent & HRBP?

• We are looking for an ACE Trainee to join our HR Team, gaining hands-on experience across both Talent and HR Business Partnering functions.
• This unique 12-month journey that offers an opportunity to understand how people strategies are designed and executed to drive business performance, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with business leaders, HR professionals, and employees while contributing to key talent and people initiatives that shape the future of adidas Korea.

Your Key Responsibilities:

HR Talent

• Support leadership and talent development programs that strengthen organizational capability and future talent pipelines.
• Contribute to the design and execution of learning initiatives, workshops, and employee development experiences.
• Analyze talent and organizational data to generate insights that support people and development strategies.

HRBP

• Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with business teams on people related projects and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support how to translate people insights into actionable business decision-making and strategic workforce planning

Learning & Development Opportunities:

• Gain broad exposure to Talent Development, Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, and HR Business Partnering.
• Learn how people strategies are designed to develop talent, strengthen leadership, and drive business performance.
• Build strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills through real business projects and mentorship.

• A proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with teammates and other departments to solve problems.

• Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (including internship experience).
• Comfortable communicating in English.
