- We drive the development and execution of major brand campaigns, shaping adidas' narrative across digital, social media, and various channels. We focuses on authentic storytelling and consistent brand messaging to engage target consumers and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners, we ensure a cohesive brand strategy, amplifying the impact of key category campaigns. We analyze performance metrics and consumer feedback to refine strategies, enhancing the brand's visibility and market position.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the adaptation of global campaign materials for the local market, collaborating with external partners to create three localized content pieces tailored to our target consumers.
- Participate in campaign activation efforts, contributing to planning, coordination, and execution across various digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with the brand campaign team and mentor to support the Go-to-Market (GTM) process, including timeline management, cross-functional alignment, and strategy implementation.
- Contribute to content creation, from planning and storytelling to activation, gaining hands-on experience in developing impactful, consumer-focused brand communications.
Learning & Development Opportunities:
- Gain hands-on experience in crafting and executing brand campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring brand stories to life through innovative digital and offline channels.
- Learn the fundamentals of brand positioning, media planning, and content creation, while gaining insights into how global campaigns are localized for the Korean market.

- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (including internship experience).
- Comfortable communicating in English.
